USE AND APPLICATION: SIDE DESK
A series of custom-made side tables (with customizable colors for the most demanding).
“FOLIES” refers to the first summer residences created in the 14th century, extravagant in appearance on the outside but completely practical for carnal pleasures inside. A unique blend of pure pragmatism and fortuitous poetry. Inspired by this “dreamy gravity”, the PMMA bars are thermoformed and intertwined to create a whimsical structure. Stainless steel clamps (titanium finish) completely stiffen the structure.

VISUAL EFFECTS: With sunlight it creates a dazzling and fluid lighting effect that illuminates it from the inside with caustic reflections. The glassy materiality creates a feeling of lightness, spaciousness and openness, while the reflectivity helps to illuminate areas and open up narrow spaces. Suitable for outdoor use.

MATERIAL: Handcrafted with solar energy and made of 100% Recyclable PMMA.
Please note that small stretch marks and minimal changes in curvature may be observed due to hand-bending for structural rigidity; this is not an industrial object, small marks from the process can (and should) be seen.
