“LA LABIA QUE TIENES” is an auxiliary desk (twisted several times). A unique, continuous and sensual object handmade by man. The term “Labia” is minimalist yet baroque and means persuasive yet elegant verbosity in Spanish. Translated in terms of matter, we fantasize about a lighter and less serious gravity (something like a sexy astronaut dancing in space). The piece repeatedly folds over itself to gain structural strength while preserving a fluid and visual continuity between the leg supports and the desk top.
VISUAL EFFECTS: With sunlight it creates a dazzling and fluid lighting effect that illuminates it from within with caustic reflections. The glassy materiality creates a feeling of lightness, spaciousness and openness, while the reflectivity helps to illuminate areas and open up narrow spaces. Suitable for outdoor use.
